11. Cancellation by Attendee
All payments are non-refundable. No credits, transfers, or exceptions will be made. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
2. Cancellation by Host
If the retreat is canceled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will receive a full refund of all payments made.
If the retreat is canceled due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemic-related issues), attendees will receive a full refund.
